Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Your Property: You retain all ownership rights to the User Content you upload to the Service. You also own the specific AI Applications you create.
Our Property: We and our licensors retain all ownership rights to the Service itself, including the underlying platform, software, AI models, and all related technology and documentation.
License to Us: By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service for you.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE ACCURACY AND RELIABILITY OF ANY OUTPUT.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CHATDOC STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
